WHERE WE PLAY
Most teams will be entered into The Geva Power League. Power League is offered to enhance competition at the highest level within the GEVA region. The GEVA region is providing the opportunity for the top team, now in single age groups to compete on a regular basis to better prepare them for out of region and post season play. The series will be conducted on three weekends and include 6 competition dates. The first weekend (January) will be the play-in plus day 1. The second (February) will be days 3 & 4 and the third (March) will be days 5 & 6. One less weekend, 2 more competition dates. The goal and plan is to keep the competition centrally located. Divisions will be targeted to play in the same geographic area each weekend with a concerted attempt to keep travel between sites at a minimum. This, as always, is fully dependent on court availability. In addition to power leaue each team will do a minimum of 6 tournaments. 2 away tournaments, and a minimum of 4 local tournaments. The other teams that arent entered into Power League will do 5 local tournaments .
